In an intensive and busy warehouse environment, dealing with cracks and damaged joints in the concrete floor is often considered a time consuming, costly interruption. Therefore, some warehouse operators might be tempted to ignore them, despite their potential risks.

CoGri have developed an ultra fast floor joint and crack repair system which cures in 30 minutes and is easy to apply for a permanent finish. It will work in almost any environment including freezer stores down to -30oC (cure time is extended at lower temperatures). The product is extremely beneficial as there’s no need to delay putting things right and this can lead to a much safer working environment.

The mender is a blend of polymers and graded sands which, when mixed together provide a repair mortar with excellent mechanical properties and a rapid curing time. It can be used to repair damaged concrete floors and will support the heavy, dynamic loads of the Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) that pass over the floor.
