Property II - (From TR34 - 3rd Edition) To control flatness, the change in elevational difference between two consecutive measurements of elevational difference (Property 1) each measured over 300 mm.

The rate of change in elevation is measured over 600mm.

The elevation of the floor is measured over two consecutive 300mm measurements.

In TR34 (4th Edition) this is known as PROPERTY F.
