Technical Information
The main application of a release agent in concrete construction is to stop concrete binding to temporary formwork. This helps prevent damage to a concrete slab’s arris when temporary formwork is removed, thus helping avoid further arris deterioration during the service life of the slab. It is applied to the formwork before the concrete is placed.
