Whole Aisle Width Grinding

Summary

Whole Aisle Width Grinding - Whole aisle width grinding is carried out in Very Narrow Aisles (VNA) to remove surface irregularities in the concrete, thereby enabling safe and efficient VNA forklift truck operation.

Technical Information

Whole Aisle Grinding

As the name suggests, the concrete surface is ground to the whole width of the aisle (from rack foot to rack foot) to the required defined movement floor flatness specification.

Although not as cost and time efficient as wheel track grinding, whole aisle width grinding provides a future-proof solution, as it gives total flexibility to the VNA forklift truck wheel configuration that can be used in the aisles.
