CoGri Rapid Seal

Summary

CoGri Rapid Seal - is a self-levelling 100% solids, flexible, two component, rapid curing polyurea elastomer joint sealant.

Technical Information

Designed for use on concrete floor slabs where a minimum of 30 days curing period has been reached, it is also suitable to withstand heavy traffic loading.

CoGri Rapid Seal protects the arriss edges of a joint whilst allowing some flexibility for slab movement. It can be used to fill induced joints, construction joints or random cracks on a concrete floor surface.

Rapid seal offers protection when applied to narrow joints before the arrissess have sustained significant damage. If the arrissess are in a very bad state of repair, they will need to be repaired using CoGri Rapid Mender.

The Rapid Seal is especially useful for situations in which there are serious time and temperature limitations, such as in a very busy warehouse or in cold storage facilities (down to -30oC).

Available in Shore A Hardness of 45, 60, 75, 85 & 90.
