CoGri Bondcoat

CoGri Bondcoat - is used as a bonding primer for use with CoGri Arris Repair Mortar, where the highest bond values are required.

Technical Information

CoGri Bondcoat (Primer)

The Bondcoat is a two part epoxy resin system consisting of a base component containing solvent free epoxide resin, plus a low viscosity hardener.
The bond values achieved are greater than the tensile strength of high quality concrete. The bond lines are resistant to a wide range of chemicals to compliment the CoGri Arris Repair Mortar.

At 20oC its typical properties are:

  • Tensile strength of 41 N/mm2.
  • Flexural strength of 65 N/mm2.
  • Finished application can be brought into traffic use within 24 hours.
  • Pot life of 1 hour.
